Ingredients for sponge cake:
- 125 g. sifted flour
- 30 g. sifted cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 5 medium eggs
- 125 g. sugar
- 1 vanilla
Ingredients for cream:
- 1 ready-made confectionery cream
- 1/2 cup hazelnut praline truffle / chocolate drops / cigars for decoration
How to do it

In the bucket of the mixer add the 5 eggs with the sugar.
Beat for 7 minutes until the mixture turns white.

Let it cool well and then cut it in half with a good knife.

Put a piece of sponge cake down and spread half the cream. Continue with the other piece of sponge cake and as much cream as needed to spread it everywhere, on the sides and up.

Tips: For the sponge cake:
